It has been said that you are the hero of your story, and in every good story there is a ๐ซ๐๐ก๐ก๐๐๐ฃ for the hero to defeat.
Unfortunately, for most of us the villain is someone or something external.

In all these examples we have identified who's to blame and how to react, usually badly.
We give ourselves permission to be a jerk because someone else wronged us. They are to blame for everything.

How would that change how you see the world?
If your boss isn't an asshole, what does that mean about you?
If your wife is a bitch, maybe she's a mirror of how you are acting?
If you want to truly be the hero of your story, it starts by seeing that the real villain is you.
Its how you think.
Its how you act or react.
1๏ธโฃ The first step to change is awareness.
2๏ธโฃ The second is taking responsibility for everything in your life
๐น your thoughts about people and things
๐น your actions
๐น your reactions
When you are ready to create a story that you can be proud of you will need to identify the real villain that needs defeating.
